Baltimore County Zoning Department lets people violate laws by building when they shouldn't. They give a little fine and don't make them tear down what was built.
If someone makes an anonymous complaint and a violation is found, they give the violation the OK if you don't show up at the hearing in person. Why won't they protect the public from retaliation by accepting the original complaint as evidence.
Zoning commissionerhas been quoted as saying that they won't enforce regulations if no one complains. What? If an inspector sees a violation action should be taken.
